A few important details about the Windows beta.
- This download is for Windows PCs. It is not a standalone phone or console app.
- Live translation reads visible game text using OCR. Results can vary by game and subtitle style.
- Cloud modes require an internet connection and eligible Pro credits. Pre Memory compatibility depends on the game.

Can I use NoBarrier for free?
Yes. Guest and Free access let you get started with local live translation. Cloud modes and advanced Pre Memory are part of Pro.
Will I need a different installer for Pro?
No. Free and Pro use the same Windows application. Your account determines which features you can access.
Do I need my own AI API subscription?
No. Pro cloud translation uses NoBarrier credits. There is no separate API subscription to arrange.
Can I translate console games too?
Console support requires NoBarrier Bridge, which is still in development. The download on this page is for the Windows desktop application.
